When you submit a formation request we collect your name, email, phone number, selected jurisdiction, package, proposed company name and business activity. Payment is processed by NOWPayments; we receive the payment status and invoice reference, not your wallet credentials.
How we use it
Your information is used to process your formation request, contact you about it, and meet due diligence and legal obligations. Descriptions entered in the jurisdiction adviser are sent to an AI service to generate a shortlist and are not stored with your formation request.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored privately and are not visible to other visitors. We share information only with registries, registered agents or service providers where required to complete your request.
Your choices
You may request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us, subject to record-keeping obligations.
